Shipping & Delivery


Our aim is to get your new armor to you as soon as possible! Orders placed on weekdays will be sent out within 24 hours. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. During sale and holiday periods, it may take up to 48 hours to process your order.

All orders will be sent with tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. 



We sometimes offer pre orders on our most popular items to allow customers to secure these high demand piece before they arrive - this will be clearly indicated on the product page. We require upfront payment in order to secure a pre order item, which will be shipped to you the same day it arrives. More information including expected arrival dates will be provided in the item's product description.

Please note that orders containing pre order items will not be shipped until the complete order can be fulfilled and all items dispatched together. Pre orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship and whilst we try to estimate arrival times as accurately as possible, delivery dates may vary due to unforeseen factors. 



We provide FREE Express Shipping for all Australian orders over $100 (after any discounts have been applied) and charge a flat rate of $10 for orders below $100 (except during special promotional periods).

Express shipping usually takes 1 to 2 business days for delivery, after being processed and shipped.

Please note that for some regional areas of Australia (including WA), it may take longer to receive your delivery. Please check the Australia Post delivery network for accurate delivery times and note that delays may occur during holiday periods. 



We ship worldwide with DHL! Some exceptions may apply so if you are unsure please contact us before making a purchase.

We provide FREE Shipping for all International orders over $200 (after any discounts have been applied) and charge a flat rate of $20 for orders below $200.

DHL eCommerce's Delivery Service usually takes 5 to 10 business days after being processed and shipped, depending on the destination country. 



International orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. The amount for customs fees and taxes is dependent on the country to which your order is shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown. Her Armory is not responsible for the payment of these taxes/duties/fees and it is up to the recipient to ensure they comply with their country's legal regulations and local custom's policies. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that any fees and/or associated delays by customs in your country are your sole responsibility as the customer.  



We will always do our best to ensure that your new armor is delivered to you in a safe and timely manner! However, the delivery times outlined above are estimates provided by Australia Post and Her Armory cannot be held liable for any delays caused by Australia Post, customs clearance processes or for the loss or damage of goods during shipping.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correctly entered and that parcels are collected from your local post office (if required). We recommend using an address where your parcel can be delivered to you personally, like a business address. In the event that an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery must be incurred by the customer.
