Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind or need to exchange your new armor for another size, color or style? Simply send back your item(s) within 7 days (14 days for international orders), and we will provide you with a store credit for that item(s) so that you can choose the right piece! Items must be unworn with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Please note that we do not offer money back refunds if you change your mind.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or ear cuffs (unless they are damaged or faulty at the time of delivery).

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period, so please choose carefully! 



1. Email within 48 hours of receiving your order to let us know that you'd like to return or exchange your item(s).

    -    Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you are returning.

    -    Please provide a reason for the return/exchange.

    -    Please provide a tracking number.

2. You will receive an email reply with instructions for returning your item(s), including return address details. We must receive your item(s) within 7 days (14 days for international orders) from the date you received your order, according to your tracking information. Beyond this timeframe, we will be unable to process any returns or exchanges.

Please note that return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, including all associated shipping and freight costs. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable courier. Her Armory will not be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process it within 5 business days.

Please note that returns that are received in unsatisfactory condition (worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged) or without all tags and original packaging intact, will be denied. Products sent for return that are not in a new and saleable condition can be sent back at the customer's expense.

4. All returns and exchanges will receive a store credit for the purchase value of the piece(s) returned (excluding any shipping costs) so that you can pick another piece! Store credits will be delivered by email and contain instructions for redeeming it at checkout. 

5. You will now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit!

Please note that store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and new shipping charges may apply for exchanges and new orders.



We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us! So whilst all care is taken to inspect the quality of our products prior to shipment, as the customer, you are responsible for inspecting the goods and promptly notifying us should a fault be discovered. Please get in touch with any quality issues within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will happily repair, replace or refund any faulty items. In this case, return shipping will be covered by Her Armory.

Please note that we do not repair, replace or refund items which are damaged due to natural wear and tear or negligent care (please ensure you follow our Jewelry Care instructions to maintain your new armor).
