WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide with DHL! Some exceptions may apply so if you are unsure please contact us before making a purchase.

DO YOU HAVE FLASH SALES OR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS?

Yes we do! We often release promo codes and special offers to our subscribed members and social media followers - so don't forget to sign up using the links at the bottom of the page so that we can notify you of any upcoming sales and promotions!

  

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Whilst it is recommended in order to view your order history and checkout faster, you do not need to create an account to make a purchase.

   

DO YOU OFFER PRE ORDERS?

We sometimes offer pre orders on our most popular items to allow customers to secure these high demand pieces before they arrive - this will be clearly indicated on the product page. We require upfront payment in order to secure a pre order item, which will be shipped to you the same day it arrives. More information (including expected arrival dates) will be provided in the item's product description.

Please note that orders containing pre order items will not be shipped until the complete order can be fulfilled and all items dispatched together. Pre orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship and whilst we try to estimate arrival timelines as accurately as possible, delivery dates may vary due to unforeseen factors. 

  

IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

If an item is displayed as "sold out" on our site, it means that we intend to restock this item and may have already re-ordered more! If we do not intend to restock an item it will be removed from our site altogether. 

Please get in touch if you are interested in any armor that is currently out of stock and we will happily provide you with any updates! 

     

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact us at orders@herarmory.com immediately if you wish to cancel or change your order. Please note there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

If your order has already been shipped, you can can return the item/s when you receive them for a store credit in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. 

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND? 

We do not provide money back refunds if you change your mind. However all returns and exchanges will receive a store credit for the purchase value of the item(s) (excluding any shipping costs) so that you can choose the right piece!

Items need to be returned within 7 days (14 days for international orders) and items must be unworn with all tags and original packaging in tact. For further information, please check out our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Please note that refunds will only be offered if your item is considered to have a manufacturing fault or there was a stock discrepancy and your order could not be fulfilled. 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Whilst all care is taken to inspect the quality of our products prior to shipment, please get in touch with any quality issues and we will happily repair, replace or refund any faulty items. 

Please note that we do not repair or replace items which are damaged due to natural wear and tear or negligent care (please ensure you follow our Jewelry Care instructions to maintain your new armor). 

       

WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE OR REDEEM A GIFT CARD?

To enter your discount code or redeem a gift card, click on "Cart" and "Checkout". There will be a box to enter your discount code or gift card and then click "Apply".

Please note that some discount codes can only be used individually and not in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or sales promotions. If you are unsure, please contact us.  

   

HOW LONG IS MY GIFT CARD OR STORE CREDIT VALID?

Both gift cards and store credits are valid for 12 months from the date they were issued.

    

WHAT RING SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE? 

All ring sizes on our site are listed in standard US sizes. If you do not know which ring size to purchase, we have created a definitive Sizing Guide which will assist you to take your own measurements!
